No longer sharing a phone line

Our landlady left and returned to Italy this weekend. That means Sid has regained his freedom and can freely roam the whole building...he seems very happy. We no longer share a phone line...so now my parents can call and not have to speak Albanian! They just didn't call our land line during this time. I no longer will enjoy the gifts of smiles and hugs from a Albanian grandmother while learning the culture with Fetja living on the 2 nd floor. We would take turns giving different snacks and foods to one another's families...never returning a dish empty! Things will once again get back to "our" normal....with Sid on the loose, rats beware!
